Welcome to Bespoke Limousines (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation for our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. It is important that you review them thoroughly.

Service Agreement  

These terms and conditions establish a legal agreement between you and Bespoke Limousines.

By utilizing our services, you consent to comply with these regulations.

General Terms & Conditions

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Alcohol and drugs are not permitted in any of our vehicles as per state law.
• All addon charges incurred during the trip will be automatically charged once trip is done.
• If at any time the chauffeur feels threatened or detects potential danger to oneself or other passengers in the vehicle, they may cancel the ride without refund.
• All items brought inside the vehicle are done so at the discretion of their rightful owners.
• We strictly enforce governmental regulations regarding the use of drugs and alcohol.
• Zero tolerance policy involving the consumption of alcohol under the legal drinking age of 21.
• Use of alcohol and illegal drugs will also result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
• Chauffeurs cannot exceed the maximum capacity of passengers in vehicles, this violates state law and is strictly against our insurance guidelines.
• During holidays, celebrations, and observances, there may be a surcharge in service fees so that we may create an incentive for our chauffeurs to be available during these times.
• For the safety and security of our passengers and staff, all of Bespoke Limousine’s vehicles are equipped with audio and video recording devices. These recordings are used for quality control, insurance, protection, and safety purposes. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such devices during your ride.

Reservations  

• Reservations must be made in advance.
• Full payment is required in advance to reserve the vehicle.
• A state-issued ID matching the name and address on the payment card may be required for authorization and verification purposes.
• In some cases left to our discretion a Veriff identity verification request will be sent to the billing contact to ensure the avoidance of charge backs and scams. 

Payments  

Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. Unless otherwise arranged, all payments must be received prior to the commencement of the service.

Cancellations and Refunds  

For Executive Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, and SUVs:

• Free cancellation is allowed if made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in 100% of the payment being charged.

 

For Sprinters, Buses, Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Armored Cars:

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 3 days or less before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in 100% of the payment being charged.

Service Hours  

Bespoke Limousines operates 24/7 to serve your transportation needs.

Passenger Conduct  

We reserve the right to deny transportation to passengers who exhibit unruly behavior, disrupt the travel experience, or engage in illegal activities.

Charges for excessive cleaning may be levied for any damage or significant littering caused by passengers.

Waiting, Overtime & Stops Policy

Local Pickups For Executive Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, and SUVs:

• A complimentary 15-minute grace period is provided for local pick-ups.
• Any waiting time exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at ($) per additional 15 minutes.

 

Airport Pickups For Executive Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, and SUVs:

• A complimentary 60-minutes grace period is provided for airport pick-ups.
• Any waiting time exceeding 60 minutes will be billed at ($) per additional 15 minutes. 

 

Hourly Pickups For Executive Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, and SUVs:

• A complimentary 5 minutes grace period after the scheduled drop off time is provided for hourly pick-ups. 
• There is only one grace period per reservation. 
• Any overtime exceeding 5 min will be billed at ($) in increments of 30 minutes.

 

Local Pickups For Sprinters, Buses, Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Armored Cars:

• A complimentary 20-minute waiting period is provided for pick-ups.
• Any waiting time exceeding 20 minutes will be billed at ($) per additional hour.

 

Airport Pickups For Sprinters, Buses, Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Armored Cars:

• All airport trips will be charged at hourly minimums therefore chauffeur will wait until released.

 

Hourly Pickups For Sprinters, Buses, Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Armored Cars:

• A complimentary 5 minutes grace period after the scheduled drop off time is provided for hourly pick-ups. 
• There is only one grace period per reservation. 
• Any overtime exceeding 5 min will be billed at ($) in increments of 60 minutes.

 

Stops Along Route

• Any stops requested will result in a minimum fee of $50. This may increase based on duration and location of stop.
• If there is more than two stop, the trip will convert to an hourly reservation with a minimum 3 hour commitment.

Changes to Itinerary  

Any modifications to your reservation must be communicated in advance.

Additional fees may be incurred for alterations made within 24 hours or without sufficient notice.

Customer Responsibility  

Passengers are responsible for arriving punctually for their scheduled pick-up.

We accept no responsibility for delays that result from late arrivals.

Cleaning/Damage Fees

• $250 cleaning due to sickness.
• $50 per broken/missing glassware.
• $30 missing AUX cable.
• $50 cleaning due to excessive food mess at our discretion.
• $250 (minimum) for rips or tear to upholstery/leather.
• $150 for ripping tint off per window.
• Three hours charged for any kind of smoking.

Liability

Bespoke Limousines shall not be held liable for:

• Losses, damages, or injuries resulting from delayed or canceled services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, traffic conditions, accidents).
• Items left behind in our vehicles.
• Any injuries incurred as a result of physical altercations between passengers.
• Any injuries due to intoxication.

Governing Law  

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be addressed within the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

Modifications to Terms  

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
