Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bespoke Limousines (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation for our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. It is important that you review them thoroughly.

1. Service Agreement  

These terms and conditions establish a legal agreement between you and Bespoke Limousines. By utilizing our services, you consent to comply with these regulations.

2. Reservations  
  • Reservations must be made in advance.
  • Full payment is required in advance to reserve the vehicle.
  • A state-issued ID matching the name and address on the payment card is required for authorization and verification purposes.
3. Payments  

Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. Unless otherwise arranged, all payments must be received prior to the commencement of the service.

4. Cancellations and Refunds  

For Executive Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, and SUVs:

  • Free cancellation is allowed if made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in 100% of the payment being charged.

     

For Sprinters, Buses, Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Armored Cars:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 3 days or less before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in 100% of the payment being charged.

     

5. Service Hours  

Bespoke Limousines operates 24/7 to serve your transportation needs.

6. Passenger Conduct  

We reserve the right to deny transportation to passengers who exhibit unruly behavior, disrupt the travel experience, or engage in illegal activities. Charges for excessive cleaning may be levied for any damage or significant littering caused by passengers.

7. Waiting and Overtime Policy

For Executive Sedans, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, and SUVs:

  • A complimentary 15-minute waiting period is provided for local pick-ups.
  • Any waiting time exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at ($) per additional 15 minutes.

     

For Sprinters, Buses, Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Armored Cars:

  • A complimentary 20-minute waiting period is provided for pick-ups.
  • Any waiting time exceeding 20 minutes will be billed at ($) per additional hour.
8. Changes to Itinerary  

Any modifications to your reservation must be communicated in advance. Additional fees may be incurred for alterations made without sufficient notice.

9. Customer Responsibility  

Passengers are responsible for arriving punctually for their scheduled pick-up. We accept no responsibility for delays that result from late arrivals.

10. Liability

Bespoke Limousines shall not be held liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or injuries resulting from delayed or canceled services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, traffic conditions, accidents).
  • Items left behind in our vehicles.

11. Governing Law  

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be addressed within the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms  

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
