FAQS

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

We always suggest making a reservation as soon as possible. We operate on a “first come, first served” basis, so once you have a date and approximate times planned, give us a call.  

When you make a reservation for an airport pickup, we will request your flight information. A few hours before your scheduled arrival, we will begin monitoring your flight’s progress with the airport and airline. This allows your chauffeur to adjust their arrival time at the airport if necessary.

As long as the vehicle is not scheduled for another party and the chauffeur is available, you are welcome to extend your booking.

Our quotes include all standard expenses, such as fuel and tolls. Additional charges may apply for event parking, wait time beyond the complimentary period, and any necessary cleaning beyond what is reasonable. Wait time is charged per 15 minutes, with different rates depending on the vehicle. Complimentary wait times are 1 hour for airport pickups and 15 minutes for local pickups. We strive to provide an excellent experience and appreciate your care and consideration for our vehicles.
